Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for full shipping functions including I/E shipping documents, bills, export declaration and communication with logistics providers
- Supporting daily shipment operations between buyer, China factory and forwarder as well as coordinate with all shipment activities.
- To prepare shipment statistics and reports
- Handle daily samples parcels
- ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Min 5 years shipping experience in trading or manufacturing companies
- Full set of export & import shipping documents and Tradelink is must
- Matured, well organized, able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- clerical supports & general administration duties
- self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented
- able to work under pressure & tight schedule independently
- Immediate available is highly preferable
