Responsibilities:

• Provide general office administration service for the department
• Coordinate and schedule department activities, such as monthly meeting and team building
• Maintain supplier database and manage electronic documents in system
• Follow up and prepare supplier reports
• Support the team lead to execute and monitor work flows, so as to make sure the smooth running of the department

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years work experience with exposure in Document Management System, process control and governance is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Familiar with English and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
