Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Report to the Human Resources & Administration Manager
  • Support all round HR & admin function including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding arrangement, training & development, employee relations etc.
  • Manage and coordinate the schedule of internal training programs and post-training assessment arrangement, ensure the successful implementation
  • Design, develop and implement training programs to enhance employees’ competency level
  • Conduct on-board orientation training to new joiners
  • Review and update training materials to align with company business model
  • Involve and Implement the HR management software system
  • Manage full spectrum of office administrative operations including office equipment maintenance, insurance and licenses renewal arrangement
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or related subjects
  • At least 5 years related experience in training & development and HR generalist   
  • Passionate about people, strong teamwork, can-do attitude and able to work independently
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using MS software
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English
  • Excellent communication skills with different levels of staff
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
