Job Description:

• Work closely with local client for the day-to-day running of creative & design deliverable
• To develop and maintain harmonized agency-client relationship at all levels
• Manage on-going projects to client in a clear and effective manner
• Stay up to date on local developments, trends, opportunities and consumer insights
• Strong in process management, revenue reports and billing
• To liaise with brands for joint promotion opportunities, coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of projects.
• Maintain effective communication with both internal and external parties throughout the projects and make sure each projects deliver successfully.
• Administrative support including weekly updates.

  Job Requirements:

• S.6 or above
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong senses of responsibility, self-motivated and a good team player
• Independent, well organized and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner
• Detailed oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced working environment with excellent project and client management skills
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking;
• Willing to work overtime and meet tight schedule;
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in design / production / advertising agency
• Candidate who has less experience will be considered
• Immediate available is preferred

Working Location: Kwun Tong
