Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for office administrative support, including office supplies ordering, regular housekeeping, office equipment & facilities maintenance, etc
  • Arrange printing matters & office stationery
  • Assist in reception duties during the absence (e.g. lunch break, on leave) of our receptionist
  • Provide support in organizing company events and staff activities
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 2 - 3 years of office administration experience gained in sizable companies
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills
  • Mature, self-motivated and attention to details
