Job Description
The successful candidate will support the whole team with general administrative duties and office support.
Main Responsibilities
- General secretarial work to the department
- Departmental administrative work including prepare claims for the managers, order stationary, arrange and coordinate go down and delivery
- Handle filing using the DMS and scanning machine
- Strong and capable in prepare reports, PowerPoint presentation materials and etc.
- Ad-hoc assignments
Who we are looking for
- DSE / HKCEE or above
- Minimum 3 years secretarial / administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Good communication skills and good team player
- Proactive, organized, attention to details
