Duties:

• Manage cross-functional team comprising of Developers, QA, DevOps, BA and Designers.
• Work with Technical Lead to architect open-source, cloud enabled, scalable, mobile responsive portals providing amazing consumer experience.
• Liaise with distributed teams to coordinate development efforts
• Help improve DevOps capability within the team
• Work closely with Infrastructure team to ensure stability and robust availability of systems
• Coach, mentor and share best practices and knowledge across the team to build an awesome Engineering culture
• Champion Agile and Lean methodology processes to improve the software development processes.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of work experience in Software Application development and managing people
• Knowledge in open source development environments such as NodeJS, React JS PHP, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API and JSON
• Knowledge in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiar with Cloud Computing services (AWS) and associated technologies.
• Strong advocate of AGILE and other Lean based methodologies
