The appointee is expected to perform a wide spectrum of duties which include: (a) administering the daily operations of student hostels; (b) monitoring the service and operation of the out-sourced catering outlet; (c)  handling enquiries and complaints; (e) drafting minutes, notices and correspondences; (f) procurement and inventory maintenance; and (g) performing other duties as assigned. Work in the evenings / on the weekends may be required occasionally.

Applicants should have at least a Bachelor’s degree, and some work experience in tertiary institutions will definitely be an advantage. The suitable candidate should have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and proficiency in computer application skills. He/She should also be self-motivated with positive work attitude.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under tight schedule and pressure are essential.  

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
