The candidates, Admin Assistant  with our Corporate & Business services section preferably have some solid experience gained in CPA firm or company secretarial section or legal field but fresh graduate  will also be considered.  He or she is preferred to have an formal secretarial study of similar background.  Good communication including language is essential in their routine duties.  Mature and good presentation is also a key element of job requirement.

The core duties include acting as co Ordinator for the firm between clients and support the company secretarial practice handled by the department, administrative support to partners and chief advisers.  Apart from the  secretarial  issue, the Admin Assistant  may also support the administration, trade mark and assisting the HR admin work such as filing and updadting HR record updating.
