Job Description

Reporting to HR Manager, you will work with a team of HR professionals to handle a wide spectrum of human resources functions including compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and handling various HR projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full range of C&B duties including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax returns filing, leave management, annual remuneration review and staff benefits review
  • Maintain HR database
  • Handle staff movement and separation process
  • Handle employees’ compensation cases
  • Prepare regular/ad-hoc HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • 4 years of proven HR experience, preferably gained with sizeable organization
  • Solid experience in C&B functions will be an asset
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances of Hong Kong
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations
