Job requirements and responsibilities:

• College graduate / Diploma Holder;
• 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in similar positions;
• Able to supervise a small team to provide the day-to-day office administration and human resources services, provide and update regular reports on time;
• Require to provide clerical and administration support to our management team;
• Take over the responsibilities in the absence of receptionist;
• Experience in HRIS implementation;
• Able to handle additional task and/ or ad hoc project from time to time;
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations;
• Sound PC knowledge of MS Office & Chinese Word Processing.;
• Good Chinese written skill, good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese/ Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
