Responsibilities: 

• Assist in implementing HR initiatives in the areas of performance management, reward management, staff relations, legislative compliance as well as all related HR issues
• Perform daily HR duties , prepare HR related documents and updating HR system
• Responsible for leave management, benefits administration and ad hoc HR assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in related discipline preferable
• 3-5 years HR experience
• Familiar with labor ordinance
• Independent, responsible, organized and meticulous with can-do attitude
• Good command in both English and Chinese languages, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Candidate with more experience could apply for the post of Senior Human Resources Officer
