Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain company secretarial records, registers, database and routine filings;
- Assist in handling all kinds of company secretarial duties, including the preparation of compliance documents/reports under the requirements of the Companies Ordinance and other statutory requirements, and preparation for Board meetings;
- Provide administrative & secretarial supports to the Company Secretary;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Possession of a Higher Diploma or above in related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in company secretarial related areas, preferable from a sizable public / regulatory organizations or NGOs;
- Hard working, able to work under pressure and detail-minded;
- Able to meet deadline and eager to learn;
- Good typing skill, both English & Chinese;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
