Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Work under the supervision of the finance manager.

Monitor the cash transactions, ensuring their proper entry, verifying the accuracy of financial records, assisting in report generation,

Maintain, update, and retrieve the financial information from the accounting system, WCBS.

Prepare receipts and invoices using WCBS.

Update the accounting spreadsheets.

Need to handle high volumes of financial data and information

Handle inquiries about the payments schedule, receipts and payment details.

Any other ad hoc project(s).
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent Word & Excel skills.
- Attention to details
- Good team player and should be able to work under pressure.
The candidate has to provide expected salary and availability. Candidate can be major in English or English Literature or History with good Excel skill. Accounting background is not necessary. Minimum 2 years work experience.
