Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and professional recruitment services to our clients
• Handle full cycle of recruitment process – from understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates, job interview and identifying appropriate candidates to different positions to on-board arrangement
• Facilitate and finalize agreements between clients and candidates
• Explore new business opportunity and foster long-term relationship with new and existing clients
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and provide professional advice on job search
• Keep abstract of latest labour market situation

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with relevant working experience
• Those with work experience in marketing & sales or customer service are also welcome to apply
• Strong communication skill, self-driven, service-oriented and like to interact with people of different background
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese WP
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Recent graduates in any disciplines with keen interest in this ‘people’ industry are also considered
