Responsibilities

• The incumbent will provide full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to staffing, payroll, performance management and staff relations.

Requirements

• Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or other related discipline with 6-8 years of all-round HR experience
• Must be good in presentation, have a strong numerical sense and be able to prepare accurate analysis as and when required
• A good team player, proactive, capable of multi-tasking with a can-do working attitude
• Practical knowledgeable in Employment, MPF and HR related Ordinances
• Hands-on experience in HRIS
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese WP
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as HR Officer
