Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for audit team administration work
- Provide secretarial and clerical support to managerial staff
- Handle daily correspondence
- Update and maintain departmental / team records
- Coordinate travel arrangement
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1 year relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Pleasant, independent and well organized
- Recent graduates will also be considered
- Immediately available preferred
