The Senior HR Associate will:

• Handle HR Operations functions including but not limited to payroll, taxation, pension, insurance administration and end to end recruitment process.
• Maintain the HRIS database (Oracle R12) and E-Leave system.
• Assis to provide the appropriate HR reports, budget forecast and salary benchmarking.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices and ensure procedures meet business needs and are in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Handle work visa applications and overseas staff relocation.
• Assist in organizing staff activities.
• Regularly update organization chart and maintain staff attendance record.
• Collaborate with regional staff to ensure global delivery of HR services and solutions.
• Support ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by Reporting Manager/BOD.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Fluent/Excellent written and spoken English
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR generalist/regional exposure with business interaction
• Solid experience in working closely with Business in a company
• Strong working knowledge in labour laws
• Experience of analyzing and interpreting people data
• Experience working in HR systems: PeopleSoft/Oracle or others
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• A team player with a can-do approach
• Immediate available is highly preferred
