Responsibilities:

• Monitor franchisee’s inventory, payment and shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Multi-task and coordinate with different departments and franchisees is a must.
• Manage order changes with company system and follow up with different franchisees independently.
• Deal with franchisee’s quality complaints and initiate required action for response
• Liaise with Europe head office to clarify customer’s complaint and work out the best proposal.
• Manage customer claim by RMA system and issue the credit/ debit note by SAP system.
• Handle returned goods to Europe office and manage distribution of repairing materials to franchisees.
• Collect and prepare various analysis reports for different markets and franchisees.

Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

• University Degree in Business, Textiles, Fashion Design or relevant disciplines

Work Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ of working experience in Fashion Retail industry

Required Competencies (e.g. Technical Skills / Languages / Computer literature, etc)

• Good oral & written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both speaking and writing in English and Chinese
• Possess skills in MS Office and especially strong knowledge in Excel (V lookup, Pivot table) & SAP system is preferable
• Self-starter and to able to work independently

Internal Interactions (e.g. Departments / Regional Office / Headquarters, etc)

• Experience in dealing with Wholesale, Finance & logistics teams
