Responsibilities:

• Perform general operations and administration functions.
• Conduct comprehensive testing on product in order to deliver the best quality of products/services to customers.
• Doing production work on mobile devices to ensure all the mobile devices are fully functional and in good condition. Production work includes flashing of firmware, processing devices through data erasure, diagnostics testing and grading works.
• Provide technical support on products and services.
• Checking for all the incoming & outgoing stocks. Ability to ensured daily operation work run smoothly.
• Check and support invoicing activities when necessary. Cross check invoice and responsible of filing of documents.
• Perform other task as required by the management & other job-related function as at when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably candidate from mobile phone or Telco industry.
• Experience in pre-sales support is a plus.
• Good knowledge of software programming is a plus.
• Technical knowledge on public/private cloud would be desirable.
• Good analytical skills and attention to details.
• Excellent communication.
• Fast learner, systematic, committed, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Immediate available will in high priority.
• Open for fresh graduate with high motivation and spirit.
