Job Description
Requirements:
- F.7 or above with formal office or secretarial training is preferred
- Preferably 1 year working experience as an administrative assistant / Clerk
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
- Preferably with book keeping experience
- Good computer and internet skills, especially Microsoft Office and email
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Independent, mature, stable and reliable
- Willing to work under pressure, initiative and work pressure
- Working Hours (Mon ~ Fri / 9:00 ~ 13:00)
Jobs Description:
- Provide clerical & administrative duties of document processing, phone enquiry, sundry work and in-house warehouse management
- Provide HR support function of recruiting and contracts preparation
- Provide Sales Supports functions of ordering, invoicing and logistic arrangement
- Provide Accounting Support Function of data entry, reports, A/R & A/C, payroll as well as invoicing
- Provide In-house & 3rd Party Warehouse Management Function of managing daily operation of stock in & out
- Immediate available is an absolute advantage
