Job Description
Job Duties
- Greeting guests and performing general reception duties;
- Handle incoming phone calls, fax, courier and mail arrangements, includes cash transaction;
- Coordinate meeting room booking as well as travel & accommodation arrangement;
- Perform and provide a variety of administrative functions and clerical support as assigned;
- Maintain and update task related records to ensure they are complete and accurate;
- Arrange company print stationeries when required;
- Assist in organizing internal staff activities;
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above with minimum 2 years relevant working experience;
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook & Chinese word processing;
- Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Well-organized, attention to details and strong sense of responsibilities;
- Cheerful, presentable, pleasant personality and able to work independently;
- Pleasant telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills;
- High degree of professionalism and tact in handling sensitive information and situation;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
