Job Description
A multinational professional services group is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Receptionist
What You Will Get

Your Main Challenges & Daily Tasks
- Provide day to day reception support as well as office administrative support
- Answer incoming phone calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Schedule conference rooms
- Receive, sort and distribute mail.
- Handle ad hoc assignments and cover for absent colleagues
You Might Be the Ideal Candidate If You Have
- 2-6 years of receptionist/ CS experience, preferably from sizable MNC
- Experience in Financial Service/ CPA/ Professional Services/ Business Centres/ Legal Services will be a bonus
- Fluent English and Communicative in Mandarin
