Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement administration policies and procedures to ensure the proper flow of work throughout the Company

Provide general administrative support and maintenance to office and front line

Perform duties at reception area
-
Coordinate procurement for office supplies, equipment, stationery, printing order, etc.

Arrangement of courier services, cleaning services and pest control, etc.
-
Apply and renewal of license, insurance policy, BR, etc.
-
Liaise and coordinate with external vendors and service providers as well as monitor and review the service quality regularly
-
Organize and coordinate internal meetings and company activities
-
Provide on-site support to project when necessary
-
Ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

Minimum of 3 year’s hands-on experience in office administration, gained in healthcare and retail industry is highly preferred

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated and proactive team player with strong communication skills and organizational skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer

Immediately available is preferred
