Responsibilities:

• Process general banking transactions (e.g. time deposit, account transfer, FX and remittance, etc.) according to requirements
• Settle investment transactions
• Perform AML checking and KYC
• Contact customers for data collection and transaction verification
• Other tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking, preferably in areas like branch counter operations and/or back-office transaction processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as “Officer”
