Responsibilities:

• Support full spectrum of Human Resources functions including handle day-to-day C&B operations, end-to-end recruitment process and other HR administrative work
• Manage HR system update including e-Doc, Kronos(TAS) for handling personnel information and attendance update
• Assist to handle staff grievance and disciplinary issue
• Liaise closely with stakeholders on manpower arrangement and recruitment needs
• Assist HR Manager to organize HR projects including communication, policies and procedures review, salary and bonus review, benchmarking etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and/or projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years proven HR experience gained in sizable organization
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command of MS office especially in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical sense; detail-minded, Mature, and good interpersonal skills
• Immediate Available is preferable
• Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
