Job Description

Our client is a reputable healthcare company with multiple business lines with strong international networks. Their customer portfolio and regional presence have been significantly expanding in the Greater China and Asia region throughout the years. A unique opportunity has been arisen for recruitment professionals to join this fast-growing organization and drive the business growth for Hong Kong and South China.
 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure that the recruitment of nurse and therapist are conducted effectively
  • Provide high-quality advice and support to senior on all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Deliver an effective search strategy, which delivers high quality candidates
  • Build long-term partnerships with key external bodies (e.g. universities, government organizations, etc.) for outreach activities
  • Work with relevant organizations to promote the Employee Referral scheme
  • Support Company in the delivery of a compelling advertising and marketing strategy for candidates at all levels to ensure that the company continues to attract high caliber applicants through press, web sites, and social media
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior on talent pipeline, recruitment costs and search activity
  • Promote equal opportunities and diversity in recruitment policy and practice
  • Act as an ambassador for company to maintain the reputation as an employer of choice

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or MBA holder
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in recruitment / business / management consulting
  • Previous experience in the medical beauty sector is preferred
  • Successful track record of managing end to end recruitment campaigns
  • Experience of recruiting through outreach activities
  • Drive and enthusiasm for promoting the organization and sourcing candidates of the highest quality
  • Ability to make sound judgments and assess potential problems around recruitment and selection strategies and processes
  • Ability to multitask and priorities competing demands effectively
  • Resilient, motivated and committed to improving standards and driving results
