About the Team
The Hong Kong Human Resources Section is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across the Hong Kong office.
Role requirements
- Supports HR Business Partners on recruitment coordination which include but not limited to facilitating the approval process, job posting, liaising with recruitment agencies, screening candidate CVs, interview scheduling and conducting interview for junior positions
- Supports the HR Team on general HR administration.
Essential Functions
- He or she maintains basic knowledge of Hong Kong employment law requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- The assistant supports HR Business Partner Team in various HR functions.

Work experience, education and skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines;
- At least 2 years' HR work experience in financial industry or multi-national corporation;
- Experience in the hiring process, able to evaluate resumes and assess candidates;
- Knowledge in Corporate Banking business or products preferable but not essential;
- Knowledge in Employment Ordinance;
- PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
