Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to day-to-day operations on full spectrum HR functions
- Maintain and update employee database and filling systems including new hires, leavers, attendance/ leave record, employee movement, etc.
- Responsible for Data entry, filing, prepare HR documents, outdoor document delivery
- Assist in handling monthly payroll, compiling analysis reports
- Participate in ad-hoc projects/ assignments as requested
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 2 years’ experience in HR generalist role; preferably in retail industry
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
- Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing is a must
- Well organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
- Good sense of upholding confidentiality and tact in handling sensitive information and situation
- Pleasant telephone manner, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Exposure in HRIS implementation is an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
