Job descriptions and responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing loan application and documents for personal loan;
• Verify the documents and information provided by applicants;
• Notice applicants of the application status and process;
• Follow the guidelines/compliance requirement to carry out the work smoothly and mitigate the risk involved.
• Assist to plan and execute the marketing campaigns and promotion programs;
• Handle customers' inquiries;
• Provide daily administrative works when needed;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• At least 2 years of the relevant working experience;
• Wide range of knowledge in personal loans is an Advantage;
• Able to work under pressure, detail-minded and self-motivated.
