Our client, a well-established investment bank to invite high caliber candidates to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints by phone, email or mail etc. in a highly professional manner
• Coordinate with relevant business units/departments to resolve complaint cases
• Analyze client services data/ enquiry
• Prepare and maintain sales and clients FAQ
• Prepare various reports and follow ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business, finance or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of client facing experience such as call center or sales assistant in sizeable firm / financial institution
• Holder of / eligible to apply for the SFC RA1 license.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English (fluent in mandarin is preferred)
• Immediately available is preferred
