Job Responsibilities:

For Settlement related works

• Monitor and perform day-to-day settlement functions of Hong Kong securities trading;
• Handle client fund/ stocks deposit or withdrawal;
• Assist accounting team in daily client money reconciliation;
• Prepare daily and monthly settlement reports and statements for reconciliation;
• Communicating with internal and external parties to solve the settlement problems;
• Perform ad hoc assignments or duties as assigned.

For Compliance related works

• Perform regular compliance activities in Type 1 and Type 2 business, including documentation of mandatory submissions to the regulating authorities.
• Monitor the trading activities to ensure compliance with internal procedure and regulatory requirements.
• Assist business team to develop new product and service launches and provide AML advises.
• Assist in practicing surveillance on dealing and trading to identify potential trading issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Finance/ Accounting/ Other Subjects.
• Self-motivated with good attention to details, high accuracy; good knowledge in using excel.
• Good communication skills with written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
• 2 years’ experience in Hong Kong Securities industry market/ Custody/ Nominees services 

; experience in DVP, and SI.

• Familiar with CCASS operations and Ayers systems is preferable.
• Prior exposure in compliance is preferable.
• Good communicational skill and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
