Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers directly to obtain required KYC review information or documentation by phone and email
- Assist in answering customer queries about data collection in a polite and professional manner.
- Verify the information obtained from customer
- Interact with internal parties for data entry
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferably in accounting, law, finance or business related
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or financial industry, preferably in call center / customer service environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure
- Attention to details with good organization skills
- Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin, also written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability preferred.
