Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in KYC/AML account opening process and prepare relevant documents;
- Assist in mutual funds daily transaction execution and prepare relevant reports;
- Generate client/transaction/funds system reports, reconciliation, document filing and safekeeping;
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required such as system enhancement user acceptance testing.
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- 1 years or above relevant experience, preferably in mutual funds
- Good knowledge on securities market, especially in mutual funds
- HKSFC type 1 representative license is a must
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication and proficiency in MS Office
