Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the production of research reports (such as daily morning brief, sector overviews, company research reports), including translating reports from Chinese to English (or vice versa), vetting all text for content, structure and grammatical form, proofreading and fact-checking;
• Coordinate translation with research staff through the entire production process;
• Manage research publication schedules to ensure publications are completed on time;
• Work closely with the Head of Department and team leader to develop design briefs for research publications and
• Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors

 Job Requirements:

• Master degree or above in English, Translation, Business, Economics, Finance or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in reputable international financial institutions; 
• Up-to-date, detailed understanding of China’s financial markets a plus;
• High level of competence and experience in business editing/ translation/ writing;
• Demonstrated ability to translate material for publication and to achieve a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Quick learner and team player, willing to contribute to the team and work under pressure in an organized way to meet tight deadlines;
• Must show initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility, resourcefulness and capacity to think creatively;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
