Job Description
Our client is a Top-tier Chinese based Financial Group. It’s asset management arm in Hong Kong would like to hire a RO1 & 9 to expand the business. They are urgently in meeting suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
- Act as Responsible Officer for SFC Type 1 and 9 regulated activities
- Participate in investment products launch
- Act as Key Investment Personnel (KIP) in Public fund / Authorized Fund
- Deliver investment performances according to established risk and return targets of each portfolio
- Conduct fund management and periodic review of investment portfolio
- Monitor daily asset management business operations to ensure the workflow is complied with the relevant rules and regulations
- Assist senior management on the Firm’s investment function
- Oversee the operations procedures in compliance with SFC requirements.
Requirements
- Must be a current SFC Type 1 and 9 Responsible Officer License holder (Unconditional). SFC Type 4 Responsible Officer License holder is a plus
- Public fund (Authorized Fund) management working experience
- Familiar with portfolio construction and performance measurement
- Strong business sense and in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry
- Proactive, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
