Our Client, an international bank,  is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Bank Teller/ Customer Service Officer in their retail banking sector.

Responsibilities:

Handling counter transaction for cash, check, FX and referrals

Answering customers’ enquiries with high quality servicing

Promote the banking products to customer and refer to relationship manager as required

Prepare to promote Relationship Manager

Manage ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese, English and Mathematics subjects or above

University degree with Finance, Economic or Accounting is advantage

Fresh graduates are also welcome

Detail-oriented and good communication skills

Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations

Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
