1. Responsible for the building of finance department team, 
2. Responsible for the internal work of accounting, taxation and audit, 
3. Responsible for the establishment of financial system and the standardization of financial management, 
4. Responsible for the department staffs’ vocational training and assessment, 
5. Responsible for the corporation’s tax management and the tax risks assessment of corporation, 
6. Responsible for the compilation and analysis of the corporation’s financial statements, responsible for the drafting of financial analysis report regularly, provide the basis for the corporation's cost control and operational decision-making, 
7. Responsible for the tax planning, and improve the external connection with government taxation department, bank and external audit, 
8. Accomplish the assignment from corporation’s CEO or CFO. 

 

1. Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field required, 
2. 5+ years’ of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry financial management capacity required, 
3. Excellent communication skills. Able to effectively communicate financial information, and complex models/concepts, 
4. English and Vietnamese can be used as working languages, Chinese can communicate daily, familiar with Vietnamese political and economic environment, Chinese background is preferred, 
5. Strong proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
