Responsibilities:

• Lead the innovation of Fin-tech services and products, including market research, service flow design and prepare user requirements
• Drive and manage the delivery of the services and products, liaise with IT development teams and provide necessary support to ensure timely project completion
• Responsible for building business model, training, marketing and daily management of the new services and products
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, E-commerce, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 5-year related working experience, with at least 2-year experience in digital products such as e-loan/e-account/e-payment service and product design. Cross-border service design experience is highly preferred.
• Familiar with loan business and business flow, with at least 3-year experience in loan approval and risk management
• Good understanding of the latest trend of Fin-tech development and related regulatory requirements
• Strong business analytics, report-writing, presentation and communication skills
• Proactive, innovative, detailed minded and good team player
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
