Job Description
Our client, a well-established wealth management corporation, is looking for high calibre candidate for the captioned position. Please send your resume in MS WORD with expected salary.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the Customer Service Centre
- Premium collection, serve customers, agents and brokers
- Handle enquiries from customers, agents and brokers
- Support phone and email services
- Participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Professional insurance qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably with life insurance experience
- Customer oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
- Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good in MS office and Chinese typing
