Job Description
Our client established in Hong Kong over 20 years. It undertakes outsourcing services from banks and financial institutions to perform account receivables management. To cope with further develop our business, it is seeking suitable candidate for the following post:
IT Support
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for daily supports to end users and perform helpdesk function
-Responsible for daily server operations, network maintenance and monitoring
-Responsible for hardware and software asset management
-Assist for server & network device configuration and documentation
-Assist for telecom systems configuration and documentation
-Assist for information security management
-Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
-Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
-MCTS / CCNA certification is definitely a plus
-Good knowledge in Microsoft, Linux and Networking
-Positive, responsible and able to work independently
