Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the operations of all clinics to maintain operational efficiency
• Formulate and monitor sales plan and activities to ensure the sales performance and maximize sales turnover
• P&L, budgeting, forecasting 
• Implement brand guidelines and enhance brand images
• Liaise with internal departments & external stakeholders regarding to marketing activities and promotions in stores
• Maintain good service quality standard
• Coach and motivate clinic staffs
• Handle ad hoc projects

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Medicine or other relevant health care qualifications is an advantage
• 5 years or above related experience at a managerial role
• Experience in managing clinic
• A proven track record in managing retail operations
• Effective people management & communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
