Responsibilities ：

1. Creative marketing content creation and strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales lead.
2. Develop digital marketing programs for effective lead generation and to track the effectiveness of the program.
3. Work and monitor closely with marketing agencies to ensure performance of  website, social media ,SEM, SEO, and all digital related platforms.
4. Plan and Manage to improve company’s website, to improve its usability, content, traffic , sales lead and online conversion.
5. Work closely with design team to provide marketing support
6. Analysis and report to CEO for all marketing performance
7. Plan, develop, implement and measure the marketing communications and public relations activities.
8. Exhibition and event management

Requirements：

• University graduate or above in Marketing Communication or Advertising related discipline
• At least 3 years working experience in marketing, preferably from health and beauty industry.
• Knowledge in the latest digital and social media technologies and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs.
• Sound knowledge in SEO, SEM. • Copywriting and copyediting abilities highly preferred
• Good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills • Able to work in a highly competitive environment and under pressure
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese Benefits
