Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional and high standard of customer service to customers
• Perform reception and customer service duties including appointments arrangement, answering phone calls
• Assist in customers follow-up
• Provide clerical support and data entry

Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above
• 1 Year relevant working experience, less experience may consider as Customer Service Assistant
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediately available may consider first
