We are currently seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to join our vibrant department and to manage the Maintenance Team to deliver effective and efficient results. Responsibilities:

• Ensure store facilities are running smoothly for the store operation
• Deliver clear emergency incident management, escalation and notification procedure with prompt response and fix
• Collaborate with store operation to deliver facilities management including corrective and preventive maintenance
• Handle any statutory orders works e.g. fire safety and illegal structure
• Manage the technical site meeting with landlord, incorporated owners and management office
• Manage contractor’s performance with monitoring and reviewing processes
• Manage maintenance tenders and contracts administration
• Ensure organized financial housekeeping by controlling the maintenance budget and ensuring prompt payments
• Deliver continuous operational improvement in facilities management processes

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 8 years’ experience in retail maintenance work or F&B facilities management. Knowledge of building & licensing codes would be an advantage
• Quick to learn, action & deliver. Independent and results driven. Attention to detail and strong communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration are key success factors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Chinese
