- Registered Architect in HK;
- 2 years relevant experience in design, contract administration and project management;
- Good communication skills and project administration experience;
- Self-motivated, independent, well organized and able to multi-task; and
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Google Sketchup, MS Office, etc.
