Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the repair and maintenance of building services installations by in-house technicians / contractors
• Check and verify the work done
• Assist the senior to prepare tender document for the rectification / improvement work
• Carry out regular inspection to be building services installation / facilities.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Diploma holder with adequate experience is also considered
• 1-2  years relevant working experience
• Familiar with PC applications in MS Office, MS project and AutoCAD
• Self-initiative and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate applying for the post of Assistant Engineering Officer will also be considered
