The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the work of the property project development and construction audit teams in various PRC cities are run smoothly and according to the Group’s policies to ensure project delivery on schedule, within budget, according to rules and at the highest levels of quality.

requirements                                                                                                                   

-          Master degree in Architecture, Construction, Civil Engineering or related disciplines;

-          At least 16 years of solid experience in construction development and project management in the PRC, including over 8 years of experience taking senior management positions;

-          Good knowledge of construction procedures, methods, costs, schedules, and personnel management;

-          Well experienced in monitoring the construction cost and quality of the property projects in the PRC;

-          Possess a good network and excellent relationships with the industry counterparts including business partners, clients, sub-contractors, vendors and relevant government bodies in the PRC;

-          Well familiar with the property market, statutory rules and regulations for property development and construction in the PRC;

-          Strong leadership and management skills;

-          Native in Putonghua.
