Our client is a luxury real estate and hospitality group currently seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to support its current projects focusing in residential nature in the Hong Kong Market.

Responsibilities:

•             Report direct to head of project and engineering

•             Supervise the builder’s work on site

•             Inspect the Works and report on the site progress 

•             Monitor all environmental, health and safety aspect of the works on site

•             Maintain daily records for site activities

Qualification:  

•             A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies holder from the Hong Kong Polytechnic or Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent

•             Recognized member of professional institutions (e.g. HK Institute of Clerk of Works, MHKIE, etc.)

•             Experienced in handling luxury residential projects is preferred

•             Computer literate in Power Point, Photoshop and MS Office

•             Possess not less than 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience

•             English and Cantonese speaking
