We are seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our commercial team for our large-scaled projects in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for:

• Minimum 7 years site management experience in fitting out contractor or design and build contractor or joinery contractor
• Project management and executions such as design, procurement, project planning and monitoring installation work in Hong Kong
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and factories to carry out fitting out works in accordance with prescribed specifications
• Monitor and manage the project to ensure that it will complete to the required quality standard and on schedule
• Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final accounts;
• Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities;
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.

 Skills & Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Architectural Studies, Building Technology or related disciplines
• Knowledge in AutoCAD 
• Outgoing personality, detail oriented with good time management and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Work independently and a good team player
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and on public holidays.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a definite advantage
• 6 working days a week
